Our Ministries

Joint Ministry with Covenant Moravian Church

In 2014  we initiated a joint ministry with the congregation of Covenant Moravian Church.   During the summer we have joint services with the Moravians who have a shared pulpit fellowship. 

The two churches have close doctrines and a common Lectionary.

Service activities offer an opportunity for us to explore one of our most basic convictions as Lutherans: that all of life in Jesus Christ – every act of service, in every daily calling, in every corner of life – flows freely from a living, daring confidence in God’s grace.          We complete service projects in our beautiful city.

Building with Habitat for Humanity

Water of Life has helped build two Habitat homes in the Wilmington area.  We Look forward to helping with more in the future.
